Details you give us through the contact form (name, company, email, phone, message) and through our free diagnostics (your answers, your results and the contact details you provide), plus basic site analytics.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, to deliver and email your diagnostic results, to follow up where you've asked us to, and to improve our services. We rely on your consent and on our legitimate interest in running and improving our advisory business.
Who sees it
Chavah Consulting Ltd and the service providers that host the site and database and deliver email on our behalf, under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed to respond and for legitimate business records; you can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019
To be informed, to access your data, to object to or restrict its use, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@chavah.co.ke to exercise them. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner of Kenya.

Some providers may process data outside Kenya; where they do, we require appropriate safeguards.
